Our Partnership Process
Who knows better what your needs and goals are than you?
A proven process for designing and developing your Customized Leadership Development Solution
Step 1 – Inquiry, Inquiry, and Inquiry – understanding your organization and your goals
- Meet in-person with key people who are driving the learning initiative
- Ask lots of questions: what is the current situation and audience, what do you want the audience to be able to do differently or better after the learning experience, what are the challenges and issues facing the audience, and what are your desired learning outcomes
- Listen carefully and document your answers
Step 2 – Suggest a "Strawman" Design Outline and Incorporate Your Feedback – clarifying your current situation, your desired situation, and learning outcomes
- Did we understand your needs and goals?
- Do the suggested content topics meet your learning objectives?
- Do the possible workshop activities reinforce your learning objectives?
- Do you have any feedback on the content and types of activities that could enhance the program?
Step 3 – Develop an Initial Program Design – what is your investment going to look like?
- Final content outline with workshop activities

- Determination of the content, length of program and pricing to fit your budget
Step 4 – Facilitate Follow-up Interviews – does the design meet the needs of your audience and organization?
- Interview key senior managers – what is their perspective?
- Interview members of the target audience – what are they seeing as challenges?
- Incorporate information provided back to you about possible content changes and outcomes
