UF’s Leadership Development Institute offers Open Enrollment programs as another option for accessing our leadership competency development. Open Enrollment Certificate programs provide individuals and small groups with the opportunity to receive in-depth training. Our clients use this option when they are not equipped to implement a customized in-house system or when they want to test our approach before committing to an in-house system.
