- We develop, administer and analyze survey tools for specific leadership development needs such as adherence to organization values, teamwork, strategy implementation, and customer data.
- Stakeholder Interviews
- We conduct interviews with important stakeholders in order to develop specific case studies and application tools, deepen our understanding of a workplace environment, set up strategic planning, clarify and focus on important desired outcomes, assess the success of initiatives and develop a succession planning process. Interviews such as these ensure that we plan for success with every leadership development program that we run.
- Focus Groups
- We also use focus groups to fine-tune our understanding of leadership issues, evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives and create direction for future leadership development programs.
