Our Staff

Laura Boekenoogen is a Florida native and currently coordinates on-site programs for the Leadership Development Institute. She also oversees billing and receiving for the department. Laura earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She has an extensive background in hospitality including hotels, restaurants, contract food-service and military clubs. In her spare time, Laura enjoys cheering for the UF women's volleyball team with her husband John.
