Our Staff

Ron Kirsch is the Executive Director and a co-founder of the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). He brings more than 25 years of national and international consulting experience to LDI along with a long-termvision for its development and success. As the Executive Director of LDI, Ron has assembled a team of skilled and committed people who together, are building a leadership “center of excellence” at the University of Florida.

As an organizational consultant, Ron brings a rich background of motivational, character building, and interpersonal skills to bear on his leadership development process. He has attained the level of skill required to rapidly win the trust of leaders and their people, and facilitate their successful navigation through the most challenging organizational issues. Ron’s client list includes GE Crotonville, Deloitte & Touche, Bayer and GM Acceptance Corporation.
