Our Staff

Chris Cupoli has worked in leadership development at the University of Florida for over ten years. He brings to the Leadership Development Institute experience in both individual and organizational development, as well as outdoor adventure and experiential leadership development. He has coordinated multi-day, off-site retreats for large and small groups and helped author the University’s Leadership Values Statement. Chris also contributed to the Gator Nation as the advisor to Florida Blue Key on the Production of Gator Growl for many years. His principal role with the LDI is to serve our clients by building strong relationships, understanding their leadership development goals, and developing comprehensive training solutions to help achieve their goals. Chris is an avid fisherman who enjoys sharing his pastime with his children.
