Our Staff

Paul comes to us from Dayton, Ohio where he earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and his master’s from Miami of Ohio. He then spent 10 years as a Product Manager with the NCR Corporation and nine years with Wright State University’s Center for Professional Development. Throughout his career, he has served the training and development goals of a wide array of clients in both the private and public sectors. His principal role with LDI is to continue serving our clients by building strong relationships, understanding their leadership development goals, and developing comprehensive training solutions to help achieve their goals.
